Rain sucks. The puddles and the humidity call for a bad hair day and a sticky outfit. Being the "smart" person that I am, decided that it was a good idea to wear white on such a day. Mistake. Not only was I concerned about spashing dirt on my crisp white pants, but I was also afraid of getting them wet, and causing the pants version of a "wet tee shirt contest". But none-the-less, I took a chance, and wore my FAVORITE pair of white jeans. Even though it was 60 degrees + outside, rain still gives the feeling of cold. So on top of my jeans, I put on my new favorite sweater top, emboridered around the neck as well as the sides. Though my body was fully covered, the light jeans and top allowed for a breatheable and spring-like outfit.
To finish off this look, I put on my favorite gold bracelets and gold earrings. To tie in the metal, I put on faux suede sandals with gold embellishments. My toenails were painted white from the previous week, which ended up working perfectly for this look.
